For the special feature "Tomorrow's Best Buy Market" in the 1,000th issue of BRUTUS, we worked with @maekakeanything to create an original bag in a friendly, round shape using yarn-dyed sail apron fabric.

@watanabes_japan that cultivates Japanese indigo, produces the dye, dyes, and manufactures products from start to finish . They have just released a new bag with a round, friendly shape, made from fabric with different ikat patterns on both sides.
The original fabric used is made from indigo-dyed kasuri thread dyed in-house and woven into thin canvas by @maekakeanything , a manufacturer of sail aprons in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture.
