Returns and Refund Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only if requested within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Please use the original packaging materials when returning the item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened
- Items that come into direct contact with the skin
These exclusions are due to hygiene reasons.
Return Procedure
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- If the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- If the return is made after more than 7 days from the date the item was received
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method.
Delayed Refunds
If your refund seems delayed, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges can only be made for the same item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item priced at ¥75 or more, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.
