Returns & Exchanges

• As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the product is defective upon arrival, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, we will accept returns or exchanges.
• If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email at info@watanabes.jp within 7 days of receiving the product, including your order number in the message.
• If a replacement item is available, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and re-delivery and send you a new item.
• If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
• Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery, even if the item is unopened.
